We had such a fantastic experience at DFS thanks to Jason. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, without ever making us feel pressured.

Jason took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect sofa for our home. His patience, honesty and attention to detail made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Customer service like this is hard to come by, and Jason is a real credit to DFS. He genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice rather than just making a sale. We left feeling confident and excited about our purchase.

The customer service was first class. Pina at the Swindon branch, was very helpful and professional and very personable. She made us a cup of tea and answered all our questions. We felt relaxed with no pressure and absolutely enjoyed our experience.

The lady that served us [sorry I’ve forgotten her name] was full of knowledge on the cinema sofa we were looking at. She answered some questions and asked if she could get us a coffee to make it feel more like we were at home and could get comfy to get the real feel. She came back about 10 mins later to see how we were getting on. We said we would like to go ahead with applying for credit for the sofa. She went through all the details , credit, extended cover, charity raffle [ of which we also did 3 yrs a go on our last sofa ] . I had a bit of confusion on the colour so she said that there was a sofa upstairs in the colour we wanted and took me to have a look to confirm. I had got the colour wrong so was perfect she took the time to make sure we were happy with the colour. Then she got a team member just to check all the details taken were correct. I can’t fault the service that she gave us . Thank you.

The staff were absolutely lovely—so friendly, welcoming, and engaging from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly patient and playful with my little one, which made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We were also served delicious hot drinks, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I'll definitely be visiting again! I met Jason so lovely!

Having bought furniture from DFS before. I went to have another look at what was available now. I was surprised and delighted to have found my new sofas there. I must say Jamie who dealt with my enquiry was very curteous.well Manered and was vertknowledgeable about the sofas I choose. Thank you to hims as he made the experience easier and enjoyable. We were greeted and helped by the lovely Jason, who was able to hold off on his secrete passion of Trains and Vacuums, to assist with our questions on purchasing a new Sofa and Chair. Great store, we've been a couple of times to look around, staff are always friendly and checking if we need anything or if we had specific questions about the furniture.

Very helpful staff member, gave us plenty of time to decide and helped answer any questions we had, nothing too much trouble

We were welcomed into the store by pina
And given a general over view then left on our own to browse. No pressure just given the time we wanted to look around. When we’re ready to buy pina was there. On hand to advise and answer all of our questions. Very knowledgeable of the product and really helped guide us in the right direction. Pina gave us every option and again no pressure. I would definitely recommend DFS Swindon. Thank you. 10/10

We went to the Swindon store. No pressure from sales people . They were there to help and advise but you can look around at your leisure. Once we had decided sales team were very good and helpful. I would recommend the Swindon store

The staff left us to look round with out bothering us but if we needed to ask about anything they were straight there. Also very good with all the information we needed.

We went today to buy a suite, we were greeted by a member of staff who said simply to look around and if we want any help just say. This was very refreshing, no hard sales he was funny polite and knowledgeable and guess what sold us a suite with extras so did a very good job. We always go to DFS and have never been disappointed so thank you

What amazing stuff DFS Swindon have. I was welcome at the door with a smile. I wondered around for 20 minutes before I found the sofa i wanted. Great service and everything was explained with details easy to follow. Would recommend.
