Staff were all lovely. Warren was absolutely fantastic and just so easy to speak to. The process was smooth and easy. Can’t recommend it enough.

Myself and my wife visited teesside Park store on Monday evening to enquire about a Orka sofa, We where met by a lovely gentleman (sorry unsure on name) who was very approachable. He showed us to the sofa and sat and explained everything to us in great detail. Showing us different colours and fabric styles. It was so relaxed and no pressure whatsoever it was a pleasure to actually purchase from him. We would definitely return and recommend to family for future purchases.

When needed we were assisted by a lovely staff member called Debbie, who was extremely helpful and polite and guided us through the options available to us. She made our experience very positive and we would highly recommend Debbie and the rest of the staff at DFS Stockton for their customer service and care.

All the staff were great to begin with from walking into the store but one in particular was an absolute godsend! Lucy was extremely patient with me not being able to decide on a sofa. She was great throughout the whole process and I left with the perfect sofa for me!

Liam was such a great help today, guiding us through our choices and giving us time and space when needed! Liam also helped entertain our 2 young daughters which was much appreciated!

(Hope I'm spelling this right) but Atik really stood out to us he wasnt at all pushy, just the perfect amount of helpful, which is rare in a furniture store! He was great with our toddler and was so friendly, made the whole thing really easy and enjoyable - cant wait for our new sofa!
