Great customer service and took time to tell us everything not rushed at all

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and found us exactly what we were looking for.

Heather responded quickly and competently to our needs. She has a very professional and personable manner and the whole experience was a pleasure.

From initially entering the store where I was welcomed by Steven, right through to making my purchase, I couldn't have been happier with everything.

I decided just to pop in to try and get ideas for a room which I am currently in the process of changing. At no point did I feel under any pressure to make a purchase. However, Steven was very friendly and happy to answer any questions and offer advice.

After deciding on which sofa to go for, Steven took the time to go over everything, including offering advice on caring for the sofa when it arrives.

I would have no problem recommending this store to anyone, and I actually can't remember having such good service anywhere else.

We had a brilliant experience in Stirling store with Lindsay and Heather. Heather spoke with us on Friday as we wanted to buy a couch that was too big for our space. She spoke through the options with us. We returned today and spoke with Lindsay and have walked away with our own personalised version of the steller. Both ladies were amazing and so helpful. It’s our second time ordering from DFS and we will return in future.

Ruaraidh was great! He really helped up make sure the sofa would actually fit in our livingroom and was even able to show us a picture of what it would look like when fitted!

I was assisted by Alisha who was extremely helpful and informative. She was not pushy at all as she waited for a couple minutes to allow me to browse before approaching which I appreciated. After a short chat where she explained all options and answered any questions I had I was able to make a selection and place my order. Overall great service.

Visited 3 times, To choose the right suite..Georgia greeted us each visit with a friendly Hello and a smile, No pressure selling just great customer sevice . Georgia was really helpful pleasant and knowledgeable of the products. Went out her way via email to help us with measurements even on her rest day.. we finally picked the right sofa after 3 visits we would have struggled without Georgia's Assisstance and patience so a massive thank you to Georgia. And DFS You have the right person doing a very good job.
