Polite service and no pressure
Caroline was extremely helpful and gave us some great advice on buying a recliner chair. She took time to show us the alternatives and did not pressurise or hurry us to make a decision.

I had a very positive experience today
I had a very positive experience today, I went in to buy a sofa bed, Mickey Squirrel (what a great name!) was the salesman helping me, he was very helpful and informative, a very friendly & polite man. My sofa bed was ordered promptly without any hitches. Thank you for a great service. I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive.

No pressure selling.
From walking in the store I was never put under pressure. The staff were discreet and well behaved.
When help was needed they were very good and knowledgeable .
