Friendly staff who were not pushy…
Friendly staff who were not pushy and respected boundaries. Only came over when we were in there for 15/20 minutes. Went through all the paperwork asks information quickly but in enough detail that it was understood.

You know what to expect whilst walking…
You know what to expect whilst walking into a furniture showroom, sales people clambering for a sale, this was a much nicer experience. No over selling we were left to browse and asked to come and talk should we see anything we liked.
We had several visits since we were undecided between a couple of sofa’s, and returned the next day. We again were left to browse and then made our minds up on what we wanted.
The sales person took us through the process really quickly, explaining everything along the way. The deal was done and the sofa ordered.
