I had a specific colour ,material and size in mind for my new sofa and the assistant explained all what was on offer describing different types on offer and I came away with a sofa ordered to my requirements

Popped in today to look for a new sofa, we had been into a couple of large well known stores already but thought the sofas were priced to high for the quality and size of them. DFS had lots to choose from, we picked something that was recommended by the member of staff who was helping us, choose the colour i wanted for no extra cost. The sofa was a great price, excellent quality and perfect size for my living room. Guarenteed delivery before Christmas. I would highly recommend and the staff member was lovely, really friendly and understood the type of sofa and the colour I was looking for! I didnt get her name though unfortunately!
Would definitely shop there again.

I went into the store a few times & was able to look round freely with ease. When I had a question someone was there without pressure or pushy sales techniques. Once I decided on my third visit,I had a professional staff member who may it easy & I was able to discuss, order & pay efficiently. Very pleasant experience.

Staff in Sheffield very helpful not pushy and when we decided which settee to buy were very clear about everything we asked only complaint just minor we could have an express delivery of 7 day but due to having a new carpet fitted in about 3 to 4 weeks we may have to wait 11 weeks

A good selection of furniture. No pressurising salespeople. Left to try many chairs but knew a salesperson was on hand with answers to our questions. Kirsty helped us with knowledgeable information, very friendly and personable. Also offered a drink which was very nice.

Overall I was very satisfied with the outcome of my first purchase with DFS, the staff were polite and very helpful to give me my customer service

Most of the time, I completely dislike going into furniture stores, as I always feel like im going to be jumped on by pushy sales people.
Ive been in twice to Sheffields DFS, first time just to browse and this time to buy a sofa, both times we've been greeted by the staff, but then left alone to look around ourselves, which i really appreciate.
Then, when it came time for us to ask questions and buy the sofa we'd chosen, the staff we're more than helpful, helped us customise what we wanted and went through the ordering process completely and explained everything perfectly.
I couldn't recommend Sheffield DFS more. It was a great experience, start to finish.

The staff were very helpful.

Although asked a few times if we needed assistance we never felt pressured and was left to look ourselves. When assistance was needed Dave the sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and never pushy so that we were given all the options but left to decide ourselves, this meant a lot to us.

It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend visiting DFS Sheffield. Amazing team who couldn’t have been more helpful
