When I brought my mum into your store , we already knew the sofa that she wanted to purchase.
We were greeted by the lovely Jonathan whom gave us information and advice related to the purchase and was very helpful . We were very happy customers all in all !

Maddie/Maddy, and her other colleague which unfortunately we can’t remember her name, was extremely helpful and was in no way pushy with us, let us take our time and helped us chose the right cuddle chair for us. We’re extremely happy with the service in store and look forward to our sofa arriving.

Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommend!
I had an amazing experience at DFS today! I went in to buy a sofa and footstool and was greeted by Maddie, who was honestly fantastic. She was incredibly professional, super friendly, and so knowledgeable — without being even slightly pushy, which I really appreciated.
Maddie talked me through the whole process from start to finish, making everything feel easy, clear, and stress-free. The whole transaction was quick and smooth, and I walked away having bought exactly what I wanted. The 0% finance option was the cherry on top and made the decision even better.
I felt genuinely well looked after and cared for, and I left knowing exactly what I’m getting — no doubts, no worries, nothing left to think about at all. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend!!
