I visited the DFS store in Romford
I visited the DFS store in Romford, Gallows Corner Retail Park to buy my first sofa and Veronica was the person that helped me. She was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend anybody to find her in the store if they are ever going there. Great experience!

Great Buying experience
Bought a new sofa from here, there we no pushy sales people & only asked if we needed help. The staff answered all our questions & the salesman ( sorry only remember his surname Kahn ) was a really nice guy.

Male salesperson must do better
I loved the sofa I purchased, which was delivered today, with very friendly and professional sofa installers.
However, the salesperson I dealt with at Romford DFS was incredibly sexist and very rude to me. I paid for the sofa, but he repeatedly ignored me and spoke to my male partner.
This salesperson needs to do better, as we live in 2026, not the 18th century.
