Hull store -
Purchased a sofa today (Sofia range). The young lady (black hair, from Hessle, sorry we didn't catch her name) remembered us from a previous vist and made us feel welcomed.
When sat and going through the purchase she was very informative and answered any questions and felt no pressure to purchase.

Excellent service at dfs
The guy who did my order.
He didn't hound me at all like some assistant do. Once I chose the sofa he was throughly helpful .
The corner sofa i picked out was to big so he offered other choices that would accommodate, his customer service was excellent.

All the staff where excellent
All the staff where excellent, no pushy sales assistant, they told you to go test everything and when you made a decision they came over and went through sizes colours to help you make it fit your space.
They always have good prices and quality furniture.
