Faultless buying experience

Couldn't fault the buying experience. Sara was super friendly, knowledgeable and took time to go over all the details with regards to delivery, specific cleaning tips for the fabric we had chosen and the care package which is well worth the cost/extra piece of mind.

This was a great shopping experience

This was a great shopping experience. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful with just the right amount of attention. We loved that we were giving time to browse without feeling rushed or hassled. There was an excellent range available to try out (so much better than online). Being neurodivergent I appreciated the music being so much in the background that I could think and the lights were not too bright. Staff were patient and answered all our questions.

Sharons sofas

When i went to pick my leather sofas at dfs at Huddersfield one of the staff named maf was so helpfull nothing was too much trouble for him he explained every thing in detail that I needed to know how to care for the leather and every thing very please with what I chose I would recomend to family and friends x Sharon x

Following my recent 1 STAR review I was advised a member of customer services would contact me as a matter of urgency. That was 16 days ago.! . I have not received any further communication from DFs. In addition I have submitted a complaint via dfs website again no communication. This longstanding issue has been going on since October 2025 what does a paying customer have to do to get things resolved surely not use sites like this to get a response from dfs which to all readers looks like dfs are resolving issues when the reality is different.
