We'd seen a sofa that we liked and thought we'd head on down to order. After taking a little longer than originally thought to choose a colour, we were sold. The salesman had several customers in store and dealing with more than just us and closi g time was creeping up.
He was really patient, clear and made us feel at ease, even though closing time had surpassed. We didn't feel pushed, rushed or pressured.

The staff didn't hassle but said hello and this approach relaxed one and made one realise they were there to help if needed. On making a choice of sofa we were promptly seen to and all queries and questions were answered and advise given. I cannot praise the salesperson highly enough. DFS have got things right particularly by having a large show room where one can see the products in the flesh so to speak.The showroom experience greatly outweighs online purchasing

Sale staff were excellent, no following us around the store being pushy. They were also very knowledgeable on the products.

Went to have a look at sofas with my husband on Saturday. The staff were helpful and did not follow us around which was nice. Decided to go back today to have another look and spoke to Rosa who was lovely. We decided to purchase 2 x sofas. We were given all the information relevant to the product we purchased and were delighted with the customer service we received. Was an enjoyable experience (along with the help of the store manager Maf). We would highly recommend a visit to DFS in Huddersfield and can't wait to receive our new sofas! x

Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Gave them our requirements and they found us the perfect sofa’s.

In our opinion Maf went above and beyond he wasn’t pushy at all and we were completely comfortable dealing with him he was very knowledgeable about various products which we asked questions about and that is the reason we ordered with Maf rather than our local DFS store which is 5 minutes from where we live.
