The expert way Hazel helped us buy our sofa. Her knowledge and understanding was superb.

Steve came over and asked if he could help us and we told him what we looking for. He was very very helpful. Nothing was a bother for him . He went and got a refreshment for us. He explained everything about the suite we bought and made sure we were satisfied. He went through the finance with us carefully as well.l would like to thank him for making us so at ease.

Had a great experience recently at London road store. Derek ( terrible with names, apologies if I got that wrong) was really helpful not pushy at all.
I wanted sofa and chairs with immediate delivery. I was taken to the section where there was lots to choose from. Surprisingly I got 3 pieces for a great price and delivery in 2 days. Couldn’t have been more helpful.
The delivery chaps were exactly the same, Efficient and friendly. There was a mark noticed on the 2 seater and the boys said they will report it and that someone will get in touch to get it cleaned (not been contacted yet).
Top job all round!

Our experience was amazing at DFS, every bit of advice really helped and made picking our furniture for our first home so easy, everyone we spoke to was so helpful and kind, it was so nice to have such great customer service. I can’t remember the man’s name that helped us (I’m so sorry) but what a credit he is to your store, so helpful and nothing was a problem for him.

Steven was our sales advisor who was very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about which would be best suited to my needs, he also didn’t pressure or follow us around the store. He spoke with us as soon as we came in to the store introduced himself gave us some useful advice about sale prices etc and told us to come to him if we had any questions, which was exactly what we did. He helped us pick out the best possible furniture for us. Thank you Steven.

The guy who served us got down to the facts sold is a leather couch 🛋️ happy we were happy we left sometimes the workers sell themselves to much whats off putting so yeah great in get a couch pay then home
