We went to buy a new sofa but I need to take my dog in to try him on the sofa to make sure we both fit find, he’s a Labrador cross and this was not an issue Zak was fantastic and nothing was an issue and he takes through everything on the sofa we bought

Superb Aftercare
After discovering an issue with a seven year old sofa from DFS, I visited the store in the hope they could offer some help to rectify the problem. I spoke to Mark and he couldn’t have been more helpful, despite me no longer having the receipt . Unbeknown to me, each sofa comes with a 15 year structural warranty and Mark quickly assessed my issue and arranged for a speedy repair.I can’t rate the service high enough and Mark was superb. Thank you

Amazing team at the metrocenter
We recently purchased a Ronan sofa from DFS at the merto center and the entire experience has been fantastic.
The team in the showroom was incredibly helpful without being pushy, giving us plenty of time to test out different styles and make our decision.

Looking for new furniture/ reasonable prices !
I visited the store by Newcastle Metro Centre and the Sales Assistant David, was so helpful and knowledgeable, I fell in love with the sofa and armchair and really enjoyed the stores presentation of its furniture. Loved the Summer sale prices, which really help!

Paul was fantastic. Didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Admittedly we knew what we were after, He actually gave us some sound advice and shared his knowledge unobtrusively.
His knowledge doesn’t just lay with sofas. He taught us a few things about how furniture can improve our lives if treated properly. We didn’t feel pushed to purchase anything.

Really easy and simple way to get a sofa. Zak was brilliant and really helpful explaining all the options and combinations to us. He was personable and great, not pushy. Listened to our needs and drew a diagram up for us, and created even more space in our room with jiggling things around. Thanks Zak. Looking forward to getting our sofa!
