I had a lovely sales person, who I think was Maha (that was how it was pronounced) she wasn't pushy, she gave me space and showed patience and kindness... no hard sell or being pushy at all... made me feel very comfortable. She was honest, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to DFS and I'm sure she has a very bright future ahead of her. thank you Maha for making my experience so easy.

The croydon DFS was really helpful especially the gentleman that served us. Extremely polite, not pushie & very informative. Felt very comfortable & at ease about buying an expensive 3 piece suite.

We had a great time discussing our options with Peter. He was very articulate and it showed he knows what he Is talking about. Very knowledgeable and a good marketer. The sales girl obviously wasn’t knowledgeable as we ordered a sofa and chose the colour legs off our last order from when we had brought two sofa’s excact model and colour or so we thought about a year before.
The delivery guys just dumped the sofa in the house and drove off. Didn’t unpack it or put the legs and on or I would have realised it was the wrong colour legs which don’t match our furniture! Apparently things have changed since we brought our past sofas and we were told if you look online you will see, but we visited the store so surely the girl serving us should have pointed this out.
Customer service were not helpful and we are being made to pay extra for the legs. We are not happy and would not recommend DFS to anybody. Surely you could of changed the legs as a goodwill gesture seeing as your staff are not equipped with knowledge!

My experience was lovely. The staff that attended to me was very efficient, helpful, patient, respectful and welcoming. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 10

The customer service team were excellent from start to finish. Staff were friendly, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Every question was answered properly, and nothing felt rushed. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely listens and makes you feel valued, but they managed it. A really smooth and stress‑free experience.

I popped in on Monday and Kush was helping me.
he listened and took onboard everything I said I was looking for.
he showed me about the store and I ended up testing out several of the reclining chairs and sofas, which was a first time experience for me and so much so I went back today Tuesday and had some more time in the 3 I had ringed.
Kush again served me and has got used to my humour and questions about this n that to do with making the right choice.
I shook hands on one then changed my mind and Kush was great about it and the paperwork not being done so far was changed.
The down payment and the pay in installments is really good and helps me budget over a few years.
Thanks to your very good customer service in the person of Kush got you a sale.

Today I made my second purchase at DFS Croydon store, since many years ago when I purchased my current sofà set. Kush assisted me and I have been really impressed by his professionalism, kindness and politeness. He offered me a drink, patiently answered all my questions and gave me all the necessary information. After I left the store I called back to ask further questions and again he has been very helpful. It was also a great pleasure to deal with such a nice smiling and calm person. A mention to the manager too and the Customer Service on the phone who answered all my questions prior placing the order. Thank you Croydon store.
