Very pleased with our service, not hassled in any way and was left to wander till we were ready for assistance. Time staff had to speak with us and explain each item , I went in twice and saw 3 members of staff all were so good , finally enabling me to make my choice I’ve been looking around for a while and DFS have come up best for customer service, and after care , this is my 4th settee from the Coventry store
