An absolute pleasure in your store today, unfortunately I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who served us. He was not pushy and spent a lot of time explaining the sofa we wanted to buy, coffee excellent a really great touch. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were getting what we wanted.

Great service, the girl working there we saw 3 times and she was outstanding! I'm sorry I can't remember her name but really want her to be recognised as she was on annual leave when we finally committed our purchase, however Riley finished off her sale marvellously and we have walked away happy and excited for our new furniture

Riley was really helpful and…
Riley was really helpful and informative. He let us make our our decision while providing all the information we needed and was happy to answer any questions. He made us feel like he was there but without pushing and was lovely to deal with. We gave him the measurements and he knew what he had to offer without needing the iPad, we had a lovely experience and have everything we need in the package we bought. Would definitely recommend buying from dfs and especially from Riley.
