Our experience in the DFS Store today, in Bolton, was excellent from start to finish. We were greated and welcomed by Dave who politely introduced himself and offered his help and guidance should we need it. His knowledge of the products available and his ability to match us with just what we wanted was first class! A really, genuine person with a fabulous manner, and sense of humour!

Staff was helpful. Good prices and choice of fabrics. Everything was explained. I found just what I wanted. Adam Smith was very helpful.

A very professional and knowledgeable assistant, treated more like family than just an other customer. The assistant went through every tiny option and details to include choices colours, sizes, payment methods, treatments, 10 out of 10 very happy customer thank you.

We have had a very good experience this week when purchasing our sofa, the staff member, Shannon, gave us help with choosing the right sofa for us providing us with all the information including sizes, colours, prices, payments etc that we needed to know and then sent us away to make sure it would fit and correct for the space we have, we then returned to make the order she was a very happy friendly member of the team and made the whole experience run smoothly. She had fantastic customer care and would definitely recommend her, she is a credit to the DFS team, and we are looking forward to getting our furniture.

Dfs is a warm. cosy place to buy furniture. Staff are friendly. With warm welcome. Darran was like sitting and chatting with family. Open hearted with care.
