Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, but we had to wait an hour for a staff member to complete the purchase. Overall, the experience was positive. Kashish was very informative and helpful, and we found the sofa we wanted. We’ll see how the rest of the journey goes through delivery, as our rating may change afterward.
