We were able to walk around and try out…
We were able to walk around and try out different sofas without feeling we were being followed. We were able to get help to buy our sofa immediately so although we were not being followed sales staff were on hand immediately we needed them. We also liked the price range.

Great service
We came in today and wanted to order a sofa & put it on hold until we had a completion date. We were served by Jessica who was very friendly and helpful. Jessica explained that she was fairly new and there were a couple of things she asked for advice from a colleague which we didn’t mind as it showed that she wanted to get everything right. Between Jessica and her colleague they explained all of our options in terms of putting it on hold/payment.
The whole process was made easy.
We were really pleased with the service

Graham at the Liverpool DFS store has been fantastic. He was really helpful in explaining the product in detail and even showed us how to move the sofa should we need to. We were very impressed with his service and highly recommend him.

Easy purchase
