Dramatische ervaring

De Vries legde bij mij in september 2023 een PVC vloer voor 3000 euro, die na enkele dagen al deels begon los te laten. Hij zou het herstellen. Sindsdien al 15 keer om een datum verzocht om de schade te herstellen. Steeds weer toezeggingen en dan weer uitstel. Ben nu 5 maanden verder. Hij beantwoordt de telefoon niet meer. Communiceert alleen nog via Whatsapp. Voor zover ik weet is hij niet aangesloten bij een brancheorganisatie. Je kunt dus ook niet om bemiddeling vragen. Uiteindelijk maar met een ander bedrijf in zee om de problemen op te laten lossen.
