I received oxygen supplies from them, they provide oxygen needs had a concentrator rented and oxygen tanks delivered for outside use. This is covered by Medicare. I visit my sister in Missouri at thanksgiving. Because oxygen is provided as per contract anywhere in the U.S. I requested a concentrator delivered there for that time. This had been covered at no charge previously from Humana and united health care. I protested and their response and constant stall tactics, are now a year old and still no reimbursement. 175 dollars

I have been looked after by Devoted Homecare for more than 2 years and during this time the carers have been outstanding. They are professional and kind at the same time. They really want to look after you and nothing is too much trouble. I want to eat fresh food that includes vegetables and salads and they make the food according to my wishes which sometimes can be difficult as I was a chef once Upon a Time. Personal care is always done professionally including the hoisting from my bed to my chair. I have experienced a very poor care company in the past that were terrible and I'm so pleased that Devoted Home Care now look after me and continue to still personally care about me.
