Excellent service and quality
Ordered a selection of plants on the Tuesday, they all arrived on Wednesday. Really lovely plants and much cheaper than the local garden centre.

Difficult & Dishonest
This is a very difficult, and dishonest company. Purchased a Myriophyllum Spectrum plant, this arrived dead. I purchased through eBay, I submitted a request to return the plant. The seller would then be able to see the plant, I had submitted photos to eBay. Devon Water Plants, chose not to have the item returned and issued a refund. Although this should have been the end of things it is not. The seller wont stop sending messages claiming I have obtained a "FREE PLANT" form them. This is a dishonest (sends out dead plants), childish, immature and very difficult company. Bombarding me with claims that I got something for nothing when I offered to return the item. They did not want the item returned because they KNEW it was dead.

First class service
Ordered several plants from this company just before Easter. All the plants were in stock. Andrew informed me that he would send them after Easter to ensure they were in a healthy condition when I received them.
They were posted on the Tuesday and I received the order on the Wednesday. The plants were in good condition with clear instructions.
The plants are reasonably priced and include P&P.
I will use this company again if I have further requirements. Unlike other companies they care about their customers.
