We approached DeVono with an intricate project that soon became 2 separate opportunities, 1 of which was very complex involving many 3rd party stakeholders. The simpler of the projects was moving at speed, and after DeVono conducting an internal fact finding mission for us, there were able to quickly draw up a very accurate short list of properties. The more complex project had an ever changing set of requirements with an ever more problematic scope. Nothing we threw at DeVono phased them in any way shape of form and they successfully pushed both projects over the line.

DeVono acted on our behalf in finding appropriate offices for our small company. They were good at keeping us in touch with progress and quickly found a shortlist of 5 suitable offices which met our requirements. After selecting the best two, they were very effective at negotiating the commercial arrangements with the landlords with input from us and obtained a very good offer for us to consider. We are very happy with the final outcome and the way in which they worked with us.

First time we used a group of this kind, and am very pleased we did. The Devono team were responsive, proactive, understood our needs, negotiated well on our behalf, and helped resolve every issue that arose. We'll be using them the next time we move offices, and would recommend this group without hesitation.

Looking for a London office is never great to do, and even less so when you’re limited in your ability to view multiple offices.

That was until I contacted Andy James of DeVona Cresa; Andy lifted everything off me after taking a detailed brief on what we were looking for and what we would/wouldn’t consider.
