Our kitchen project from start to finish has been an absolutely superb and really enjoyable experience with you guys at DeVol.

We are both so delighted with the end result and the way that we arrived there with no fuss, no problems and no disappointments. The design, the project management, the solutions and alternatives provided has been excellently executed. I include the delivery chaps who went out of their way to help us and handled all the units into our home with care and consideration.

Everything and everybody has been quite superb.

We would be very happy to use this as a recommendation should you require. We only wish we had another kitchen so we can do it all again in the future!

Lovely design, exceptional quality, transparent pricing and value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the designer, project management team and the fitters.

The centerpiece of our kitchen is our deVOL Creamware Rise and Fall Light. If you know anything about deVOL, you know it is hand crafted and meticulously designed, and I see and feel every bit of that with this piece now hanging in our small one bedroom Queens, NY apartment. It’s beautiful and like no other. We also had a slight install issue (cringe) from our (buyer) side, that was met promptly and rectified quickly by deVOL customer service. (Thank you, Cara!).

I am very happy with the customer service at Devol. I have recently had my kitchen renovated, keeping as much of the original parts as possible. Devol’s kitchens are inspirational and I have added lots of wonderful touches from the company including lighting, hanging rails, shelving brackets, painted items and platters. Everyday I look at these items and the overall effect and they always bring me joy!

Our experience was brilliant from the day we visited the showroom to the day we installed. Our designer, Lucy Bedford, was full of clever ideas about how to maximise our space and was really generous with her advice and time. The quality of the cabinets, knobs and inserts exceeded expectations. They really are beautiful and made to last. Our carpenter was very impressed with the quality and the back up support from deVol. We had one issue with a knob and it was rectified quickly and without hassle. We love our kitchen and would happily use Devol again.

The designs are just amazing and exactly what we were looking for, which is the first thing that drew us to deVol. From the moment we stepped into their Clerkenwell showroom we were so well looked after by the designer assigned to us. They listened to what we had in mind, they guided us to what would be possible, they came up with solutions that not only made sense but also matched our style and taste. It was brilliant. Then throughout, we felt unpressured, well-looked after, with great communication and a feeling that we were in partnership with them.The passion, pride and friendly approach from everyone we dealt with - from the designer and online shop to project management team - shone through at every step. And the installation team were no different - perfection down to the last mm was a major factor when fitting the kitchen. We'd recommend a visit to Cotes Mill in Leicestershire too if you can as that helps you see lots of different kitchen settings, envisage what your kitchen could look like and let you see cabinets and lights etc for real.

DeVol Kitchens is an outstanding company. Their products are of high quality with beautiful craftsmanship. We have been pleased with every light we ordered. Their customer service department is outstanding--very nice and professional. We were missing some hardware on one of the pendant lights we ordered. I contacted customer service. Cara was able to resolve the issue promptly and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely order from them again. This is a company that can be trusted!! Fantastic products and excellent customer service!!

Excellent products and customer service. My vent cover piece was missing screws and they quickly expedited those screws to me and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. I have always been impressed with Devol's design but also how the run their business online. Much appreciated!

Wonderful Customer Service & Quality Products - Scarlett was wonderful to work with!

My husband and I purchased a tap from DeVol and we absolutely love it! Unfortunately, when we went to install the tap, our window sill was too close to properly function the turn knobs on the tap. Secondly, by the time we were ready to take a look at the faucet in place, we had exceeded our 28 days return window.

I had been in contact with Scarlett prior to this discovery regarding product specific questions and she was more than helpful. I reached out to Scarlett recently regarding our new found dilemma. She was more than understanding and very timely in her responses. She was also a great source to allow me to bounce some ideas off of her on how we could proceed forward, while still continuing to utilize and display a beautiful DeVol tap. We were able to come up with a solution that allowed us to exchange the previously purchased, unused ionian tap for the curved leg tap, despite us being outside of the 28 day return policy. My husband and I both are very grateful for Scarlett's help and DeVol's quality of products!

We are thrilled with the overall experience of working with deVOL to build our custom kitchen - even from across the pond in the United States. From start to finish, the process was outstanding! We appreciated the time for design & planning from their NYC office and creative attention they gave us all while being extremely kind and communicative. The organization and logistics of shipping from the UK team was also impressive and once unwrapped and assembled the design and quality of materials outstanding! deVOL's obsession with timeless detail is what drew us in as clients and we are forever fans of everything they do. We not only purchased our complete kitchen and island but also two sinks, two sink tap/faucet sets, all lighting, switches, stools, chairs & many other accessories - all wonderful and unique! Products are of 10/10 quality and their kind and lovely employees are knowledgeable and very forthcoming! Can recommend it through and through - even for international customers like us.

This is a revised review, based on deVOL taking steps to remedy issues I originally encountered. My original review featured a 1-star rating, due to how poorly the customer service team originally handled the issues with the order. My original review involved failures on deVOL’s internal communication between their customer service and workshop teams, as stemmed from problems with their procurement process from Perrin & Rowe, failures to adequately conveying timeline issues to the customer and working out solutions to these problems in a timely fashion. These issues were compounded by the deVOL workshop team “not being forthcoming with information” to the customer service team. I have been told that they are looking to fix the communication problems in future.

I am thankful to Scarlett for providing a discount and sorting out a more immediate fix for providing me with the item I ordered, and I welcome the apologies provided for the handling of said order issues. My review is now 3 stars, taking into account the issues of the original review and the steps deVOL took to later remedy the issues.

Ordering aged brass taps For my existing kitchen I was delighted and impressed by the stunning quality of their products . Luxurious and very well priced..They arrived in time ,beautifully packaged and nothing was too much trouble when asking the team questions and advice.

Especially Cara , who was an absolute diamond in handling a situation I was getting quite stressy about!

In all aspects of the purchase, and information and knowledge of her company procedures and goods ,she was always extra helpful and I would take great delight in recommending Devol, accessories, and of course your stunning kitchens ,for the service given alone !

Having worked for many Years in Liberty and Fortnum's, she reminded me of that old school expertise of service that was essential in luxury goods , sadly which I find lacking nowadays.

We worked with the designers and team at Devol to create a beautiful kitchen in our home in Southampton, NY. The team was able to shift in the middle of the project when our architectural drawings were found to be incorrect. We adjusted the space we had ordered and were able to see the kitchen through regardless of the speed bumps incurred. I highly recommend working with this company, their product and team are top notch!

We have now had a Devol kitchen for just over 5 years - I know this because our Perrin and Rowe sink taps malfunctioned and they were a couple of months out of their 5 year warranty. I immediately contacted DeVOL who explained the taps were now out of warranty but they would do their best to help. Liberty from DeVOL has been totally amazing organising replacement valves, a second set of replacement valves and eventually a complete tap replacement all for free and by express delivery. This has undoubtedly been the most outstanding customer care I have experienced from any retailer.

I should also say that 5 years on our Shaker kitchen still looks amazing and using it fills me with pleasure. I cannot thank DeVOL enough for their beautiful craftsmanship and fantastic customer support. I recommend this company without reservation.
