I have been dearly enjoying my Phantom 1s (103db). What a sound, what a technology! I am also very happy with the customer service I have received. When I ended up with 3 of the same speakers (due to one being a surprise gift) and wanted to return it, Pauline from Devialet was incredibly helpful. She has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. Pauline communicated with me clearly and switfly, helped me ship back my speaker and assured me that I should be getting a refund very soon. Overall, Devialet and their customer service team have been a pleasure to work with.
