The sound bar is awesome! Unfortunately It developed a software issue a few months after setting it up. I was extremely impressed with the customer service department. Jake was extremely helpful through the entire exchange process. Another helpful employee was a representative from France she was very good but unfortunately I can't remember her name. Best Company and Superior Customer Service

I have been a user of Devialet products since 2018, just wanted to say the customer service with this company is superior!!. All problems/troubleshooting issues/upgrades... and new purchases were dealt with in a professional and personal touch. Company Representative Tee made me feel like i was speaking directly with the owner of the company, Tee is a very dedicated person...as i have been helped by her a few times. Thanks again Devialet for being such a great company with classy products!!!

Devialet product support problems
I have a pair of Phantom 1 Gold speakers which although they have performed unevenly, losing one connection from time to time, cathedral effect sometimes, they uniquely function without ill effect by the sea in the tropics, with the humidity and salt air. I am having a difficult experience with Devialet support. I am trying to send a speaker for repair and despite asking 3 times for the shipping address and packing instructions, they have merely replied that they only use UPS and cannot ship to Kenya, although UPS is represented here. I am trying to send the speaker, not receive it and once repaired, they can return it to a country acceptable to Devialet. (But should a speaker company really be dictating which courier service be used, especially when it penalises their customers?). I have asked for packing instructions and a shipping address, but so far there is only silence on this subject. This has taken two weeks so far. Devialet, I hope you read this. I have just sent yet another email asking for a shipping address and packing instructions. You need to improve in this area.
UPDATE: Devialet refuses to agree to me sending my speaker for repair from
Kenya, insisting that I take an international flight to one of a list of approved countries in order to SEND it to them. I arranged an address in an approved country for Devialet to send the speaker after repair, but they rejected this. Why does it matter to Devialet where the speaker is sent from, at my expense? This is the very opposite of customer service. They have offered no explanation for this perplexing and frustrating decision. Maybe they have read this review and have taken umbrage. If so, Devialet should try to do better. They are in a consumer business and should try to please their customers, not enrage them.

My Phantom 1 Silver doesn’t work on the new app and old app has been removed from the App Store so basically I can put that speaker straight in the bin. Customer service said that because it’s one of the first models they can’t help me and only solution is to spend extra £750 for a new one. I hope there is more people like me and we can all write bad reviews everywhere.

This company already no longer produces good products and they are not in good services anymore. You will expect no warranty or even if you buy product care still keep in mind all need to pay if have any problems.
Terrible services as they have no store in other county. U can’t find them to complain . This company now hide and trying stealing money from customers.
