My purchase from this company was amazing from start to finish.
I knew I was going to receive a beautiful, bespoke, handmade creation but I didn't realise just how exceptional the quality would be until I received the bracelet I'd ordered! Just from the luxurious packaging that the product came in, I could tell before I even opened the box I was getting a quality item.
Straight from initial communication the customer service I received was outstanding; and as Deva Hearts are so passionate about what they do and their brand they go that extra mile to make sure every aspect is just right!

So pleased with my beautiful silver pendant - personalised with the silhouettes of my grandchildren! Have worn it out and have got lots of great comments about it. A unique design - and very high quality - I love it! Good communication with seller - answered my queries very promptly.
I have the profiles heart and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I have had many compliments and I particularly love the fact that my necklace is the only one like it in the whole world. I wear it with the 24” chain and love how it looks when I wear dark t-shirts. So so happy and I am looking to get one of my children.
