Waited ages for delivery, wrong item came, cannot get refund.

After numerous e mails to them I finally received one pair of golf shorts not the three that I ordered and paid for. The quality is poor and I would advise anyone to stay clear.

Probably a scam.
The item clothing bought from Duopuda does not fit and is not the colour ordered. There is no information about returning goods. Dreadful customer service.

I bought what looked like quality polo shirts. Being an avid fan of the Italian football and rugby teams, I decided to buy three shirts with logos and badges on them. The badges are printed on and the lack of quality of the material overall is shocking. I can't even find any returns policy or information regarding this and no advice note came with the garment. Don't waste your hard earned money on this cheap Far Eastern rubbish.

Absolute rubbish! Ordered a non slip cover for my settee, on the advert it was nice and thick and went on the sofa lovely and stayed in place. What I got was a cheap thin almost see through fleece that I could’ve bought in home bargains for a couple of quid. Nothing like the advert at all, should’ve known better

Don't do it! Terrible company with zero communication and zero empathy. They will screw you every chance they get. Total scam. Don't do it!!

I have purchased many items through this company before. I recently purchased 3 items from them. One of the items had a mark in the material right on the front of the sleeve. The item was a total of $16.99 which I assumed they would refund but they said we will only give you a $3.00 credit. That is crazy. Second problem I ordered a dress that I did not like how it fit. They accept no returns only to change sizes and that cost $16.00. I will never buy another item from this company again. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Love it but just making a few adjustments to make easier to manage a back Zip. Plus a few other additions, My choice. 2 - 1 - 2026

Awful .. ordered two cat beds both just a load of cheap rubbish doesn't look like picture and what I ordered … total waste of money would never order again!!

I have bought many clothes from Deuyo and I like the quality of the clothes.

The chance of getting communication from God is greater than this company. My Parcel has been with EVRI for a week, why I thought they were couriers!

I found the correspondence very good. I was a bit unsure of the sizings and therefore am waiting for a different size to come. Very prompt customer service. The dress is lovely too.

Blazing, order from this company and apparently its been delivered to my shed which I don't have, picture sent to me via email of multiple parcels errrmmm odd, either I've been completely scammed of the evri driver has stolen my parcel. Fuming

Delivery was great. The dresses are made well. The only issue is they are made for very tall people. I’m 5.1 and will need to cut off 6 inches to hem them.

Good selection. However, I waited 3 weeks, then only got half my order. No communication prior to this had informed me that the dress was out of stock. Now, I'm stuck without a dress for the wedding next week. Poor communication.

Communication could have been better. No order confirmation received. No shipment confirmation either. Actually thought it might be a scam as it took so long.
Other than that, very pleased with items.

Delivered in a timely fashion and was exactly what I expected to receive (size, color, etc.)

If there was a minus 1 on the rating scale, I'd use that!!! Ordered 2 dresses that are a little too small. Contacted them and they offered to send me $30 and I could keep the dresses. I paid $101 for them. Responded that their offer was not acceptable and I would return their dresses for a full refund. Today's offer is $54 and I can donate the dresses. Back to Amazon, at least they're honest and trustworthy when it comes to returns!!!
