Extremely frustrating from start to finish. Promises were made confidently at the beginning, but almost none were kept. Delivery timelines kept shifting with no clear explanation, and communication became increasingly difficult. This has been a costly and stressful mistake.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. After paying a significant upfront amount, the service quality dropped instantly. Endless delays, vague answers, and zero accountability. It feels like once they have your money, you are no longer a priority. I strongly regret choosing this company.
We had seven windows and the balcony door replaced in our old apartment in Spandau-Haselhorst. Everything went very professionally, from the initial measurements to the installation. The installers were punctual, worked cleanly, and left the area spotless. A particularly positive aspect was that the delivery time was shorter than expected. The price was fair for the quality received. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a similar project in the area.
After a long search, we chose Deutsche Fensterbau and haven't regretted it. Our house in Rudow now has nine new triple glazed uPVC windows, and the difference in noise levels and heating is enormous. The team completed the installation in two days, which I wouldn't have thought possible. The only thing that could be improved was their telephone accessibility, at least on the day of installation. Overall, though, it was a very good experience
