SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! Be wise to not book. Quick to accept money, slower than a snail to return. May look like a great option but buyer beware. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I ordered a hoodie in October on 2017. It is currently January 2018. Not a peep out of them and now the website is down. I can't even get my refund cuz it was too long ago apparently. I implore you people. Do not buy from here. You'll never get it anyway

Complete scam site - not a single person has recieved the purchase from what I can tell. Ordered a 20th anniversary Pokémon box on request from my other half and recieved email today saying there no longer trading.

After wondering where my package was (ordered over 2 weeks ago) I tried to contact Destination G and found this website, their own website has been taken down, phone numbers I have found don't go to the company and emails were unanswered. Devastated I didn't read the reviews first! I emailed them after reading these reviews saying I wanted to be contacted within 3 hours otherwise I was reporting them to trading standards and I got this reply no more then 2 minutes after:

It is with deep sadness and regret we have to inform you Destination G has been forced to cease training as and from 13th December 2017 due to financial difficulties.

Any customers who have outstanding orders with Destination G or have previously requested a return or refunds are advised you contact your card provider to seek a full refund. If you paid by credit card and the order value has over £100, your purchase is covered by section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. If you paid by credit card and the order value was under £100 or you paid by debit card, you are advised to place a chargeback with the card issuer to reclaim the funds. If you paid by Paypal, you are advised to contact Paypal or your card provider if the transaction was funded with your registered credit or debit card.

Ordered nerd box beginning of November! No product received! I’ve sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to be told they had sent my parcel again recorded delivery still no parcel.. this was an Xmas present for my son I’m so angry that people can get away with this. Had a look this morning and no website for them now. Totally scammed and ripped off. How can these websites take money off people and send nothing beats me!!

Ordered via sponsored Facebook post on 23rd Nov, 3 weeks later, still no delivery. Clicked the link in the website, unavailable - they changed the address. Tried to phone.. no customer service number. Emailed a guy called Philip on Sun evening who responded almost immediately saying he would check it out 1st thing Monday & get back to me. This is now Wednesday evening with still no response despite several follow up emails from myself.

This was a £30 Christmas present & time is running out. Total scam!! Do not go near this store or any variation of the name.

Will also be reporting to facebook as scam & contacting my bank for a refund.

Made an order on Destination G's Black Friday scam sale. Order number #2330 for a Big Bang Theory Fan Box. Made contact via phone last week and told Hermes picking it up that day and would have tracking number the day after. Another week on and still nothing! No item no tracking number. Going to ring my bank and trading standards in the morning as this site is a 100% scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DestinationG.com or DestinationG.net you will not receive your item. Just wish I'd seen all the bad reviews before I ordered

No item received. Tried to contact on Facebook email and phone and no response. Trying to get a refund but not holding much luck.

Please avoid buying if you don't want to be scammed. I made a purchase for a stranger things mystery fan art box. I actually managed to make phone contact last week after having no response from emails being sent and the website no longer in use. The guy said that it was ready to be shipped and i would receive a tracking number either that day or the next. Fast forward a week and still no tracking number. No longer answering the phone and still no replies to emails. My bank is now looking into the matter and hopefully I will receive my money back.

I ordered a Rick and Morty surprise nerd box for my partner for Xmas as he had seen this advertised on instagram. Ordered early November however I have never received anything! I have sent emails, messages, telephoned and left telephone messages however have never received a reply. I have contacted my bank and they are now looking into this to see if I can claim my money back. I have also contacted my local Trading Standards department to report this company, which I encourage everyone to do who hasn’t received their items.

Could you please tell me when my orders are going to be dispatched please? Please also be advised that I have spoken to the fraud team at my bank who are fully aware of the situation. If I do not receive a reply then I will have no alternative but to involve my bank & Trading Standards. Your website is down, phoning you gets nowhere, emails get bounced back & so this is my last attempt to contact you before action is taken.

I ordered my parcel and it said it had been shipped- no parcel received and they did not give me a tracking number for it. Tried to email and it just bounces back and no one answers the phone.

Don’t order from here. They take your money but send you nothing. No replies to emails or messages, and nobody on the phones. I’m just lucky I paid via PayPal and can open a case and claim my money back.

Company is owned by known scammers. They set up new companys every year; take the money and dont send the goods. Normally in time for xmas but they have been found out early this year.

Other companys that they have owned are bay 57, nerd merch. Hoodie heaven, gamer heaven all under crazy4ltd or funky penguin.

I made the mistake of taking a chance and ignoring the bad reviews and received the worst service ever. I purchased two mystery boxes on the 3rd of November, the payment was taken straight away and after numerous emails and phone calls I have only just received the parcel on the 30th November after I threatened them with contact from my bank. "Phil" claimed it was lost by the Royal Mail, even though they claim tracked delivery from Hermes which I never received. I wish I had never bothered. The products I received are pretty much the same in each box just with different transfers stuck on, and not even stuck on well. Not worth the money at all. Avoid this website at all costs.

Ordered item on 6/11/2017 remains unfulfilled have e-mailed a few times with nil response , wish I’d checked this place before ordering , what a bunch of con artists! Absolutely disgusted by it and they have the temerity to update their website with “offers” no doubt suckering more poor fools into parting with their hard earned cash!

Starting to wonder if this company is a scam?? Haven’t received my order, no tracking number and no replies to my calls or emails but took my money straight away. Last correspondence was 10/11/17 stating my order has been dispatched but still nothing...
