Hiding hour rates until billing - Careful with very high prices

They came to evaluate a broken sewage pump. They provided no estimate, no hourly rates or similar - before coming and evaluating. Then they send a bill of 2 men there with an hourly rate at 1.000 kr, which is much above standard rates.
They acknowledge to us they should have told us their hour rates - but this mistake they made apparently is in their favor as they refuse to revise the unreasonable rate.

Additionally, found their offer to fix entire sewage started at 94.000 dkk and then they lowered but we still found same service 45% under their offer.
They likely have little competition for the large enterprises they work for, perhaps not interested in non-enterprise segment.
