Great customer service and customer attention

I had a great experience with their customer service. The delivery company tore the box of the item I ordered and it was damaged. I reached out to their customer service to let them know, and they immediately replaced it, shipping it the same day. It was packaged in two boxes with so much packaging material they might not have any left, and it arrived safe! I really appreciate the level of care, thank you so much, Emma!
