Minor problem = instant solution
There was a minor problem with one of the products I ordered. They’ve sent a new one without any discussions, I didn’t even have to ask. Superb customer service. And the products are designed magnificently.

Great overall experience.
Shipping from the Netherlands to Germany was fast. The product was as expected and of good quality.
I sent back the product because I wanted to exchange it for a different color. Customer service was helpful and ready with a link to print a return label, no hassles!

I love the PowerCooker
I love the PowerCooker. It gives me the best rice every time. I’m trying out the other cooking modes and so far all good. There is a bit of experimentation necessary, but that doesn’t bother me.
The only thing I wish was provided, is a place to share recipes with cooking mode and time. The YouTube videos are good, I think it would be great to have a dedicated space for sharing.

THEY POSTED MY PROJECT WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION!!!!!
Designers can upload their project here to connect with buyers, WOW! I’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign and NEVER UPLOADED MY PROJECT in this platform, they just copied everything from my page and put it there…THEY NEVER ASKED ME FOR PERMISSION, and when I started questioning them especially regarding eventual orders they said this: “ If the quantities are sufficient we will investigate in which extend it is possible to actually develop the product. This will also be done in with the approval and/or the collaboration with the original designer.”
Basically THEY WILL PRODUCE MY PRODUCTS eventually in collaboration with me?!?!? This is extremely unethical!!
I asked them to completely delete my project from the platform, also because SELLING IN BULKS IS AGAINST THE POLICY OF MY BRAND, all my backers know that and I risk to look like a liar in front of my customers because of these people, after days it is still there!!!!
Mine could be only one of the few! Be aware that the designers could not even know someone else is selling their products!!!!
Obviously now they are saying they did it to promote my innovative project and sometimes they even loose money doing this!!!
This is not promotion!!! This is taking someone else hard work and all his contents in an inappropriate way just to show new projects on their platform.

Please do not apologize for bringing traffic into my campaign because you didn’t at all!
The campaign finished more than two weeks ago and people were still able to buy from your platform, someone asked a question about my products and no one replied, sorry if I think this affect badly the image of my company because it looks like we do not care about customers.
Anyway thank you for taking down my project, I really appreciate it, but this doesn’t change my opinion about the platform.

You must have misunderstood our intention. We will only work with you if you agree upon. Nothing is produced and sold by us without your permission. Any order we receive on our website of your product is eventually resulting in an order we place on your KickStarter project page. We are basically backing your project.
