Booked an amazing hen party experience…
Booked an amazing hen party experience with design my night. They were so helpful and were able to give us a discount for the group booking. It was one of the best nights of my life (we did forbidden nights if anyone is interested). I regularly use them to book brunches events, bars, pubs, etc. And they never let me down

Birthday review
We all had a super day , but there were some in the party that could not attend at the last minute , so there were extra meals left over , but before we could ask for doggy bags , the food was taken by over zealous staff who wanted to clear and put the tables away .
I think they should have at least asked us if we wanted the extra meals bagging up as they had already been paid for.
It would also help if the venue is better sign posted , I was in a black cab from London Bridge and the driver hadn't even heard of it and almost missed the turning.
Other than that , the ambiance and music in this venue was brilliant

I'm choosing 2 stars, not because it was a bad night, but because it was not what it was suggested on the event I booked. It was supposed to be a 1920s themed night, with piano entertainment etc. It was nothing like that. It was just live music. No piano involved, no 1920s vibes. On top of that, very few people were fancy dressed, so I felt quite uncomfortable as I had put a lot of effort in my outfit. Bootlegger is a very 1920s place. An average Friday there feels far more 1920s than the one I paid quite some good money for. At least there was a drink included in the price. I even considered claiming my money back. I felt cheated.

Wonderful View of the Cityscape
First time to visit with my son and husband late December 2025. Fantastic experience as we watched the sunrise from the deck high above the city. My only suggestion would be perhaps to have better signage outside (street level) so patrons know exactly where the entrance is.

Awesome
They were affordable and very entertaining. They played the music I liked, they played music for everyone. The caribbean buffet of food was tasty, just missing plantain and dessert. Everyone was cool and calm, there was no trouble. The staff were intelligent good people who just got on with their job respectfully, they did not make trouble or take trouble. The atmosphere was merry and fun. I am definitely booking this event again next year.

I’ve had really good customer service with these guys, I booked a night out which was non refundable but when explaining I made a massive mistake and lived over 200 miles away they refunded so I could book correct location

Unforgettable NYE Experience
The experience was great. We accessed the closed area through a gate with no queue, we spend the night indoor with a proper Latin party + Drinks and Dinner, we went outside just 30 minutes before the fireworks and watched them from Southbank with very few people.

We threw away 65£
We threw away 65£. Worst NYE ever. 30 people there, They said about to show us the fireworks and they didn’t do it. The food was completely with cheap ingredients and not good to eat.
If you are good enough to do not think ONLY about the money. You should cancel this kind of event some days in advance. But they didn’t care.
At 11.30 we left and we went to Tower Bridge that was 10 times better than the dickens.

Drunk girls dancing on seat knocking broken glass everywhere including in my t shirt which cut me slightly paid over 80 pounds got no designated seats place was overcrowded couldn't get to bar and toilets so dangerous was the worse new years eve ever asked for refund which is fair but still not offered one which goes to show they dont care look like it's just about profits and not their customers

Good restaurant, OK NYE party
The restaurant was very good, but I was expecting more for a very expensive New Year's Eve party. There were no party favors, no horns, no hats, no glasses, or anything else indicative of a party.
However, the dinner itself was quite good. Lots and lots of delicious and well-prepared food.
