Robert and his team was great and very responsive. Through many revisions, due to my desire of near perfection, Robert was very patient with me and polite. He was always prompt to return answers and give feedback. The team overall did a fabulous job on my ecommerce website and currently working/finalizing my business cards. Thank you so much for your hard work and patience. I am in love with the end result. Will definitely refer others when needed.

my computer failed and I could not recover the pdf of my business card, request a copy, they wanted to charge me again (no problem) but they wanted 50 usd when this cost is for making a logo, the logo file would send them, only for the business card, only the pdf of a business card , from a logo they had already made. Poor customer service

Robert listened to everything I had to say and his team made it come to life. Throughout the process, Robert was patient, insightful, and informative. I really like the creativity of Robert and his team. They made things exactly the way I asked with every tweak and edit and offered great ideas. I highly recommend Design Hours. They are attentive, professional and affordable.

This is my second video with the company...this time 3D. In a word, "Amazing". They took my idea and brought it to life. They worked endlessly and communicated very well. They took feedback well and made modifications. The final work was a masterpiece! I highly recommend them for making 3D video ads. You dream it. They show you your dream.

This group might be able to make you a decent logo, but by all means, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH CREATING YOUR WEBSITE! They do not understand formatting between devices or how to assess notes on a bare minimum level. They also charge far too much for their services. This company is a scam. The names they come up with are not their own. Every employee is working outside of the United States, yet they claim to be a NY based company. Do yourself a favor and do not use them.

Do not use this company. Repeat Do not use this company. Liars and they cannot build a website for the life of them. 1. They said they are based out of New York. Lie, They are all in India. 2. They only called at night (Time Zone), I asked over and over again where this company is located, always in USA, however none spoke good English. The communication was unbelievable, they kept doing things I ask them not to do and not doing things I asked them. 3. All the heads in the graphic were chopped off. 4. They made a messed up my menu bar, I asked them to correct it, they restored the website to an earlier date and I lost 100's of pages, Blogs and data. I asked them to fix it, they said they could not. - But offered to do more work on the site. I FIRED THEM. Went to a USA Hosting web business who guess what - Yes Corrected it. I told them not do any more work on my site, not to even look at it. I am sure they will not post this.

I want to first start off by saying how patient & Professional Me Jack was I absolutely love the fact that he knows his stuff and he will make sure that you get exactly what you’re looking for there was so many different options and so many great aspects of the company for me I enjoyed working with Mr. Jack he is my personal to go logo worker please if anyone is considering this company please ask for Mr. Jack he’s the best one I’ve ever dealt with and trust me I’ve been dealing for sometime they will walk you through each you will know exactly what’s going on all the time and they will make sure you’re comfortable with any and everything that you’re going through I can’t explain how this has made my life so much easier thank you thank you thank you please anyone and everyone call Mr. Jack he’ll get the job done I promise you that!❤️❤️💙

Jack was easy to work with and assisted me through each phase of the creation of a logo. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions accordingly. Jack provided updates and offered to create additional business accessories with the logo. In the future, I would ask for Jack to assist with projects.
