Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
I had been waiting for over a week for a mail to confirm the postage of a pair of outdoor clogs. My mails were returned twice "mail undelivered." I called instead. I did not appreciate the runaround…"I will call back in 5 minutes after speaking with England about this shipment", and when I hadn't heard from them after 30 minutes, I called again only to be told they had NOT spoken with the UK based company, however will contact me as soon as they hear from them.
If you are an online based shop, it is your responsibility to the customer to note the extra long shipping process due to the UK leaving the EU or as many others do, in regard to corona and circumstances, to note the longer processing and shipping times.

Great Customer service!
After placing my order shortly before Christmas last year, I waited 6 days, without receiving the parcel, which was scheduled to arrive after 3-4 days (The delay was due to delays in the postal services around Christmas period). I contacted designertorvet.dk and informed them that I still have not received same. Without any queries or delay, they immediately sent a second package to us, which arrived 2 days later. I also received the 1st package a few days later and have now been informed that I can keep the additional package!
Great and fast service from the guys at Designertorvet!!
