BEWARE
My mum purchased what she believed to be a single item from this site. Happy with the order until 2 weeks after receiving item, she was charged £179 for a pro membership she did not sign up for. It was taken out of her account and I am now assisting her to solve this concerning issue.
We have already reported to the bank and they have said this company has flagged up a few times for them. So do be aware!!!!

Poor experience, like other people
Like other people, we had real difficulty cancelling the recurrent subscription charge. My wife signed up and tried to cancel within the first month. The website just kept sending her around in a loop. She entered an online chat with them and emailed to cancel with no response. We eventually got the money refunded through our credit card provider, but that took nearly a year to resolve (no plaudits for Sainsburys Bank).
(The actual issue was raised in December 2022 but Trustpilot only goes back a year.

SCAM. The item advertised was £37.00 including taxes and shipping. But when you check out they want to charge you another £20.00 shipping . But if your not really careful they auto fill the £179.00 shipping box. STAY AWAY!!

Total frauds! Stay far from them. I had a standing order, but when I cancelled my pro membership they cancelled my order. No free trail. When I ordered another product they urged me to take that membership. Spoke in a chat with Alyaa who did not want to cooperate at all. All crooks. You’re warned.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time .. beware of the scam. Checked out for a new chair - super excited for the order … to then be told 4 hours later it was going to cost £1,800 (almost triple the cost of the chair) for the delivery. Now I have to wait 7 days for the refund.

30 days after signing up, without warning, they took £179 from my account and claim it is non-refundable!
I tried contacting them, but they have already taken the money and refuse to refund it.

Everything was fine - product was received fine
Desertcart was the only company that supplied a fountain pen that I just could not get anywhere. I hadn't appreciated that the pen was coming from the US so it took a while. I was able to keep track of the pen throughout. I also spoke online to the company through their online helpdesk. Finally, the pen did arrive and I'm very happy with it. Would definitely consider using them in the future.
