Great experience with Desertcart! I’ve been able to order my favorite protein bars from the US with ease. When I received a damaged shipment, Nava from Customer Experience was very helpful and professional in resolving the issue. Thank you for the great support!

Desertcart

Desertcart, which is owned by Indian entrepreneur Rahul Swaminathan, has designed its website in a way that appears to exploit customers through a cheeky, hidden policy that most users are unlikely to notice.

I ordered something from them, and after the order was placed, they charged my card and updated my subscription status.

They have allegedly scammed so many people. It's absolutely ridiculous.

A Positive Experience After an Initial Glitch

I initially faced an issue after placing my order (Order #35310493-1783857352) on 12 July 2026. I made the payment of ₹1,181 through Razorpay, but when I checked my account, the order did not appear under "My Orders," which was quite concerning.

However, I would like to appreciate the excellent customer support I received. Although the delivery was slightly delayed, the product arrived exactly as promised and was packed exceptionally well.

A special thanks to Eleena, who took the initiative to call me personally, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured that I received my order as committed.
