I had a great experience with…

I had a great experience with Desertcart’s customer service. From the moment I reached out, the support team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He was patient, kept me updated, and made sure my concerns were handled with care and professionalism.

Cancelled order no notification

Found a beautiful bed, searched everywhere couldn't get it sent to Australia. Found the listing on desertcart, obviously heavily marked up for thier cut, but about the same as buying new in store here something similar.
Ordered, got the confirmation email, then nothing.
Got onto their live chat about a week after it was meant to arrive, then to eventually get told some rubbish about a metal bed wouldn't clear customs so it got cancelled, refunded.
You didn't get an email to notify you of this because our system only notifies you if it's actually moved from where it was.
Can't find the transactions in my bank account, will follow up with bank tomorrow, thankfully he gave me a code to give them to look up.

Ive had to use your chat line twice…

Ive had to use your chat line twice this morning, both ladies were lovely .Jorgie helped me the second time , as i needed to know, when the courier was coming .So could get my parcel ready . They were both very helpful and patience. Thankyou for having real people on a chat line.

Happy for the Update on my consignment

While i was really worried about the status of my shipment as there was no update on the Desert Cart App. Today got a call from Syed, and was glad to know my consignment has reached UAE. He verified my address details and was quite happy for the response
