Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

Slow delivery
I thought delivery took quite long, and the quality of one of the posters was very poor. I bought 5 posters and only one was bad, the rest were ok :)
If you don’t mind waiting a bit for your pictures I would say is ok.

Damaged items delivered. No response from customer service
First the frames took ages to be delivered to us. Then it turned out the frames arrived damaged.
We emailed customer service and no reply so far.
I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I knew the service is so bad :/ this is really disappointing especially that they charge a lot for their products.

print quality is too low
I bought 2 posters from desenio. The posters they sent had serious printing quality problems. They were like mud. I wrote to desenio many times, but they were not interested and still did not find a solution. Posters are too badly printed to be used. So the colors are also very bad. I don't understand why they didn't care and didn't find a solution. I've been waiting for them for more than a month. My request is to be paid including the shipping fee.

Look at trust pilot reviews before ordering
Look at trust pilott reviews before ordering. Ordered two prints and frames, never recieved them after three weeks of waiting. Three times told delivery would be 'tomorrow'. Writing this review after seeing an overall score on Desenio of 4+. How can that be with so many negative reviews. Please don't spend time choosing the lovely prints to grace your walls as there is a good chance you are never going to see them. I have now recieved a refund. Shame as I would rather have had my prints. If only they could delivery as quickly as they refund. Or at the very least tell you they may take some time to get to you.

Cracked Frames - They ignore you
I ordered two 70 x 100 prints and frames. The prints were fantastic but both frames were badly cracked; I contacted Desenio via email, live chat (which is just an automated tool) and phone. They don't accept calls as "demand is high" - perhaps employee more staff then! AVOID buying frames. Will be contacting my card provider to dispute.

Nice selection but I don't like quality
Nice selection and quick delivery but I don' t like quality of pictures. It is more like printed at home at the basic printer. Price should be definitely lower for such quality.

Will never order again
Will never order again. Have ordered previously a few years ago and was impressed but seems this company is going downhill.
Ordered two prints on 14/10/22 and they have still not arrived! Nothing from Desenio to say they are going to be late and now Desenio is estimating they will be delivered by 01/11/22! The website estimates fast delivery- 3-7 business days. This is definitely not my experience. I will be using one of the many other online print companies but not Desenio again.

Good, reliable company
Bought two pictures in dark wooden frames on two occasions and have both arrived in super quick time and really well packaged so undamaged. Very pleased with my 50x70cm pictures and frames. I would definitely recommend this company.
