Decent CLIPPING feature. Not perfect, but good. Still in BETA, so I’m guessing it will improve over time. Be fair, Always.

Affordable. I will NOT go anywhere else as long as they have reasonable rates.
Quick and responsive (AND GREAT) CUSTOMER SERVICE with a real human. Can you believe it?

I had a very poor experience
I had a very poor experience: I bought a 10-image pack for 50 EUR via PayPal, but they charged me an extra 70.17 EUR on top of that. The AI chat support tried to brush me off with a 30% discount, calling it 'accommodating.' Only after I insistently demanded my money back was the refund suddenly triggered. It’s highly suspicious. Since this is all automated and no actual staff were involved, it feels like a calculated attempt to mislead customers. 'Nice try' is all I can say.
Here my answer to the reply:
That is not the point! You are misrepresenting the situation. An attempt was made to charge 70 Euros without any prior order. That is the issue! It is sad that this is even possible via PayPal, but it is clearly being exploited. This was an attempt to collect funds in a completely illegal manner!

Our automatic renewal charged the full price, while your original purchase had a discount. The discount is valid for the first purchase only. To give customers flexibility, we offer two options: a 30% discount to keep your downloads or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
In this case, the discount option was offered first, but a full refund is always available when requested, and we were happy to process it for you.
