Great walking shoes, good company shame about Parcelforce
Item great, company a bit confusing- worst part was Parcelforce’s inability to to deliver and repeatedly sending the item back. This wasn’t Deporvillage’s fault. Deporvillage’s Facebook messenger was very useful in getting into to and from the company

Good but can be unreliable
Easy to navigate, good selection. However, the first time I ordered, the delivery was delayed by a week and I only got an update after contacting customer service. And they simply canceled the order saying it got lost and there's no replacement in stock. I expected some form of compensation for the delay and cancelation. I then found on their website that it was in fact on stock and ordered again. This time I got it in time.

Shocking service
Didn’t reply to my questions about the parcel being late
Just said it was in the hands of the courier
3 weeks to arrive when I was told 4 days
Then the shoes turned up the wrong colour
Wouldn’t recommend at all
Poor service poor delivery !!!

Happy with the product and price, however paid £8.99 for next day shipping and it took 5 days so not worth paying the extra for a faster delivery

Return process & refund was very bad.
Delivery was absolutely fine. Return process was awful. Courier collected & heard nothing for 2 weeks. Contacted their customer service via email (only). Eventually informed package location under investigation. Took a further month before refund issued. Not really acceptable on any level. Have used them before & all good but returning(to Spain)was a really bad experience.

Over a month and still no refund
I ordered three pairs of shoes on July 15. I tried them all on at home and none were the right size. Completely ok. So I returned all three on July 25. It is now into September and still I have not recieved a refund. I have tried to get through on the chat and sent multiple emails, all with no response. I am going to be forced to pursue some other legal action if I can not get through to someone to resolve this. Please can someone get in touch with me
