Before the appointment I went to the website to try change my appointment time and pay for the service. 1. there is no online payment option. 2. the functionality of the website it terrible. I tried to se the calandar function but it didn't work. This review is about the online service. I cant judge the live service as Im still having problems with the website.

Dent Wizard Admin team in Leeds superb. DWV team from Amesbury INCREDIBLE. If you love your car you will know what I mean. Superbly professional and indeed a wizard!!!! All repairs miraculously addressed and as good as new. Cannot recommend highly enough with our particular technician - Ollie indeed a genius.

Stafford guy did not turn up on the arranged date and has not contacted me.

They do not provide workable solutions. They have extremely limited availability. They will cancel appointments with no valid reason given. They are unwilling to compromise on anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

I purchased an alloy wheel insurance policy from Car Care Plan via Marshall Motor Group (both terrible companies and to be avoided at all costs). Unfortunately for anyone who has purchased this policy, Car Care Plan have decided to appoint Dent Wizard as their repairer.

Despite being told when I purchased the policy that weekend repairs are possible, backed up by the policy wording, T&CS and IPID, Dent Wizard completely refuse to do any repairs at the weekend. They even refuse to do repairs on weekday evenings. The only time they will make a repair is Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm. They say they will come to your work, which is fine if you drive to work, stay in one place all day and your car isn't parked on the road. But for anyone who leaves their car at home, maybe on the road due to lack of off-road parking, or like me uses their car for work and travels to multiple places in one day, then they will refuse to repair your wheels. This means you have just wasted hundreds of pounds on a policy that does nothing.

I have tried to find a workable solution with them. They claim the repair should only take around 1 hour. I said I can choose a day where I will be in one location for 2-3 hours, but they said no. They will only give an am or pm slot. I asked if they could attend on a rare work from home day, a date more than 6 weeks away, but they said no as they have no availability and gave me 4 other days which they knew I cannot do. I eventually managed to book them in for a rare work from home day. Which they then cancelled a few days later with "due to unforeseen circumstances" being the excuse. When I questioned them on the phone, the person I spoke to had no idea why it was cancelled.

They are refusing to provide a workable solution and even if you do manage to book a day with them, they may cancel it for no reason.

They keep denying any responsibility saying "they're just a third party" even though they are refusing to adhere to the terms of the policy. Further to this, Car Care Plan are also denying responsibility, claiming that as I read the T&Cs and IPID prior to purchasing, I should have been aware of the time/day restrictions, even though all the documents make no reference to any such restrictions being in place.

Find another company who will actually be able to repair your wheels.

Really easy booking process. The technician came on time with confirmation the evening before. Took only 1 hour to fix our dent and did the job perfectly! You’d never know it had been there. Really impressed by the efficient and professional service.

I was kept informed when tom the technician was going to arrive . On arriving he explained exactly what he was going to do once he had double checked with me what needed doing. Tom got on with it and did a very professional job. I was very impressed with the end result.

I cannot fault Dent Wizard at all. From booking in my repair, me changing the date 3 times and having the paint redone. The whole process was great. Ryan turned up, lovely guy, happy and helpful and looked at the damaged area. He picked up another scrape and called it in for approval. You can't tell there was ever anything wrong with my car. Absolutely perfect job and done by a really nice guy.

Waited 4 months for a dent repair. They cancelled and rescheduled. They have turned up today and the technician is the wrong person for the job. Absolutely wasted my time.

Had an alloy wheel repair the service was excellent. The guy was helpful, polite and very professional. Extremely pleased with the result.

Fantastic job. Darren replied to my query promptly and made an appointment. Came as arranged keeping me updated on his ETA. Removed the dent on my Tiguans passenger door, what a job can't thank Darren enough for his expertise and know how. Would definitely use again and highly recommend him and Dent wizard.

This company did a repair to the paint on my wing mirror on behalf of motoreasy. Unfortunately one of clips has been broken and the mirror is no longer secure. I know accidents happen but when I have reported this their technician has denied it and has now made an accusation that I have done it myself and am now trying to make a false claim

Dan from DWV has visited me twice for two separate repairs on my vehicle, his quality of work is exceptional as is his time keeping and text updates prior to his visit. I contacted the office before my first repair to alter the date and this proved very easy. I cannot recommend this company or Dan highly enough.

Ricky the technician/engineer arrived with a genuine smile
and set to work straight away. The care he put into every element of the repair was excellent. He was clearly passionate about his work. It was a thorough job with perfect results.
I would recommend this company and Ricky to sort out car issues whatever the problem.

This company has just provided an appalling level of service to me in Monmouthshire. The technician failed to appear on two separate appointments in December and January. The latter with no excuse whatsoever. This has cost me two lost days of business meeting activity as I had to take the days off work to wait in. A derisory offer of a 10% discount was offered and I still await the return of my deposit. This company is not recommended to anyone

Alan the technician from Dent Wizards has been out twice over past few months to get some small dents out of my car. He is friendly, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Highly recommend him.
But the admin from the offices was poor, a bit incompetent and emails with links confirming appointments saying you could check timings etc just did not work on my iPhone or iPad. So rating dropped a star because of this.
