Prompt customer service
Due to my inability to download my monthly statement from the so on my phone so that I could lodge a claim with my private health provider, It was great to be able to call each month and ask for my statement to be emailed. All representatives who answered the phone were always professional, supportive and actioned my request as quickly as possible.

Brilliant all-round service
Brilliant service, really easy application and approval process. Very affordable and easy to make payments. The dentist visits were a breeze because I didn't have to worry about paying each time we went and we didn't delay the service because we did not need all the money upfront. My child is very happy with their braces and I would absolutely recommend this service to everyone who has a kid who needs braces.
