We were charged for a 2 year plan…
We were charged for a 2 year plan instead of the 1 year plan we agreed to.
When we called back to correct this problem we got the run around.
At this point we cancelled the plan and again we got the usual gotcha plan from your sales people.

Associate Mickie was very helpful in my renewal of my Dental Plan. She was friendly, explained options available, and answered all of my questions clearly and satisfactorily. Called pancare of FL to make an appt…
Called pancare of FL to make an appt with dentist on the list. They said it would be better for me if I came in as a walk in. I asked if they took the Concordia dental plan they said "yes we do". I drove 25 miles to Pancare filled out new patient info and was informed they do not take the Concordia plan because they have a sliding scale.
