Excellent and Very Quick Repair

I had problems with the shifter on my Specialized road bike. I popped in with the bike on a Tuesday morning with the hope that they might fit me in. I was greeted by James who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Within a very short time I received a text setting out the work required and price.
Despite being given a estimate of a maximum of 5 working days, due to having to order parts, I was thrilled to receive a message the next day saying the bike is ready to collect.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. A very quick repair, knowledgeable, friendly and supporting a local independent bike shop. What more can you want!

Unprofessional, rude, and poor quality work

I paid £109.96 for a brake repair on my cargo bike, but the service was appalling.

Rude Conduct: Instead of helping me bring the large bike into the shop, the owner chose to shout at me. Even though I politely explained English is my second language and asked him to speak slower, he continued his disrespectful and hostile attitude.

Poor Quality: After the repair, the new brakes are extremely noisy.
