Great product quality
Great product quality, good prices, quick delivery.
I really recommend this site.
The only downside is that the website is only in NL language, and I then have to translate it using a browser plugin. Apart from that, 100% customer experience.

Rude and unhelpful customer's support
Rude and unhelpful customer's support. Most things I've purchased from them were fine. I bought a large bag of walnuts and for a while I tasted garlic in my breakfast bowl (I thought it was in my head or something). Today when pouring out some walnuts, I found an entire dehydrated clove of garlic. Then I smelled the bag and realized the whole thing had a garlic scent. I took a photo and let customer's support know. They denied it saying they don't deal with garlic in their warehouse so it couldn't have come from them, and it was not possible to be human error.

I am very happy with their service. Easy to order, easy to pay, well packed, arrives in 3 days after ordering
. Products are good quality and much cheaper than in shops. I used them already for 3 years and never had problems.
