I just want to congratulate you for all the good work done regarding my order!
It was a quite expensive order.
As an experienced buyer I had to have your assurance of price, delivery, guarantee, well everything envolved in a purchase, as much as possible at least.
I must say that you checked all the boxes, not only with the great price you offered me but specially with the delivery time you scrupulously fulfilled.
Next weekend I´ll try the equipment, which I trust will be fine.
So thank you again for your efforts in delivering what you had commited to! I´ll most certainly come back for other purchases so you´ve won a customer !

I ordered hangers both broke on the same day
Have been promised a replacement but quality is really poor
The new hangers arrived in good time but I just cannot find anything dood to say about them
The hanging part keeps coming apart
Actually they are a complete waste of money

I ordered twoo things three days back on dennisdeals, and i have chosen for fastes delivery option, and paid extra for it now lets see when i will get my package delivered. I will share my experience with u guys after i get my packages.

Although Dennisdeal offer good prices, the Chinese products they sell are very low quality. The most annoying thing about this company is delivery times. I ordered something on 1 July. It is now 21 July and I have not received it. The explanation of delivery times on their site was unclear and I think misleading. Besides who would imagine that in 2019 you have to wait 3 weeks or more to get your goods delivered? I could have paid more for fast delivery but then the extra charges make the goods too expensive. As it stands I have no idea when I will get my goods. It could be months. I cant even use track and trace without having to pay extra. This is my first and last order with Dennisdeal. This company leads you down the garden path with cheap prices but good service is also important.

order an expensive rc boat, the process went smoothly apart that there was no tracking from the start, need 8 days before shipping(the boat has to be build first) after that it took 36 days by train from china to my door in France and no customs charges(very important for me)all in all a good first experience from dennis deal.

Fantastic service. Very personal and prompt with Dennis himself. Would recommend. I had to delete a purchase and he immediately processed it.

Extremely unprofessional , company comprising of extremely incompetent people . I purchased a birthday gift item for my mother on 24th March long before mother’s day and I have not received it yet. It’s 27th May...
I was made to feel as though because I had chosen the free shipping option , it was not their fault. I purchase items on the internet frequently and I have never seen a more insensitive customer service. Don’t be fooled by their low prices , their items are shipped from China and are very low quality . Furthermore if you have to purchase from them , pay extra for tracking and tracing , something you would never have to do with Bol.com or coolblue . These small internet shops run out of people’s livingrooms are a total disgrace .
You will also notice that they don’t have a mailing address or telephone number , hence no one to chase except an email.

Out of nowhere I received a clock from Ijburglaan 544 , 1087BT in Amsterdam . I never ordered this item and , I will be sending it back but if this item has been sent to me by this ridiculous company as some kind of consolation item from them then I would like to know.
Has anyone had this experience? Is this really a legitimate internet company?

+The Costumor service is very good and answers fast.. i ordered a wrong color and they changed it without any problems.

Order received but...
1st thing i ordered and it came incomplete 🙄 i got the 360 full coverage case for s8+ but it came without the soft hd screen protector. I messaged the helpdesk about it! they responded very quickly and without problems they are going to send me the screenprotector. Thank you Laurens.

Ordered two motors for my quadcopter, arrived two motors completely different from description.
Sent email to support center, the answer has been: We are sorry,
I sent other emails to ask how to solve mistake, no more answers from them.
My advice is: don't buy in this shop.
