Slecht product van inferieure Chineze makelij. Real Chinese crap. Do not buy here! The product was of plastic for children and doesn't work.

I truly wish I had checked the reviews before I placed my order.

So I ordered an adult bathtub for approx a 100€. I received a product that more closely fits in the price range of 40€ as it's closer to an inflatable children's swimming pool & the incorrect model. Emailed about return& refund. Sigh. Got roped into a correspondence worthy of a literature review it's so long and winding. I got introduced to every possible option that does not involve me returning and getting refunded. Got questioned endlessly about why I don't want to keep the low quality product while reiterating the reasons. Finally, when after 4 clarifications, it seemed to be crystal clear, I got another long winded email about how the wrong product they sent me was actually of lower quality and if I would be so kind to allow them to send me the right one which is actually of a better quality.
It's a good thing the return policy is 60 days because it is beginning to feel like their goal is to exhaust me mentally to the point where I won't notice the time flying by until it's too late to send it back anyway.

Save your money. Definitely save yourself some headache.

Update: two days later, DennisDeal has emailed me with a request to remove my negative review in exchange for a refund.

And then flagged my review!

We are in fishy fishy scammy waters.

Paid extra for express shipping. Shipping should take 8 to 14 days. I expected 2-4 days for the package to leave the warehouse as mentioned. Still no track and trace code provided on May 8th 2021... I ordered this on May 2nd 2021. I'll update the ticket with the true arrival time. edit: After posting my complaint customer support contacted me and reimbursed the money. Also they wanted to give me a positive experience with dennisdeals.com so they will send the item for free. Good correction on this mistake.

Ordered a couple of items from this webshop.
After only a couple of hours after ordering and paying, I realised I didn't need the items after all and I sent the request for the the purchase to be cancelled and refund me the full amount. Not a problem you would presume since it had only been a couple of hours.

Their website informing me the order is "Pending".

On top of that I selected the free transport option, the one where they send it without track and trace taking around 15-30 days to arrive. The webshop informing me the transfer takes around 2-4 days..? There was no rush to get the items.

They responded with a generic looking message informing me how their process is complicated that they couldn't cancel the order and instead would refund me storecredit or a different product. I would assume this is a thing DennisDeal can work on, since it's a fairly common thing to cancel an order before it's even sent.

Lastly they informed me that IF I want a full refund, I would have to wait for the product to be shipped to me, then RETURN it WITH Track and Trace to China, only after receiving the item, would they return the amount paid.

Edit: The refund was correctly applied and I have received my money back. I'm happy now, also, this has been a lesson for me to check a webshop's policies before ordering something.

Bought an item on the site. It was deffect. They didn't want to change the item nor refund the full amount. item was 35 euro they gave me 10 euro back. I wil never buy on this site again lesson learned.

I had a very positive experience with this vendor and am happy to recommend them to anyone! I had a shipping problem with my order (not their fault - it was because of Covid delays) and Jordi & Jonathan reacted very quickly and very attentively offering me options. I received my item in good order after their help. I would be happy to order from them again!

I ordered a growlight in January, it was a awfull long wait until arrival in March, but there was a good communication al the way, and they answered all questions I might have had.
One thing I was struggling with, was that the website didn't have anything written in English, so it was unnecessarily difficult to order...
The growligt is working perfectly and despite the long wait and the difficult I had ordering in a foreign language, I will be coming back.

Well is good to be good i really love the way the customer support handle maters between the seller and the buyer even though what you see on internet may change but they are there to make it right for you, This company stays with the promise they were committed to the society and that makes me love DENNISDEAL.COM a lot.

Ordered product 23 Feb 2021 with express shipping (8-14days). After over a week I asked why they did not provide yet tracking number. They inform me, that they had days off due to Chinese new year (which takes place 11-17 Feb (Lie #1)). 5th March got info that they're working on my order. 6th March I got email that item is sent but with false link to tracking number (Lie #2). On 10th March I asked why I do not see updates on tracking page. They provided on 11th real tracking but according to it, they only made shipment info on 8th March (Lie#3). Actual shipment took place on 12th! That's 11 business days after original order was made. When it finally arrived I discovered that they sent cheaper version of what I've ordered. I sent already 2 emails to resolve issue (return of the product and money back) but no answer. Highly not recommended.

EDIT:
They finally contacted me after I sent them copy of my review - they did not react on my mails before.
I agreed on refund of 50% value as I kept incomplete product and they asked me to delete review - can't do it as everything above is true. They even called me now to make sure I received a refund and will change review.
Now they've tasted their own medicine - I didn't made this edit for few days so they kept sending mails and even kept calling.
Happy to receive refund. Wish it was handled professionally from beginning.

Lesson learned: Do not buy from company that is not entitled to obey your country's customers law.

Don´t order here. It´s a site that orders in China and The compnay is not situated in Europe (so no European customer protection). They don´t meet their promises, not even if you pay extra for extra fast delivary (which I did). My order never arrived. I had an e-mail discussion with the costumor care from over ten e-mails but they refused to take care of my damage. The imply that you could be lying about the arrival of the products. The whole process lasted more than 5 months and we never received a product nor did we get a refund.

Update 18/03/2021: after my review I received apologies from DennisDeal and they refunded my order. The money is already transferred. I'm happy that this case is closed.

When my package got delayed due to holiday insanity, they replied with a standard email claiming they almost dare not ask me to hold out for 2 more weeks. To see if the package arrives.

After these 2 weeks i recontacted them, they sent me the same standard email cuz the person that sent it could not see that i had gotten the same email before.

I was outraged, and tried to claim Dutch law of reinbursement. They said that they did not have to uphold Dutch law.

Stay away from these scammers, they caused me a bunch of headache.

EDIT: They made me wait 2 months for assistance, but now that i've written a bad review, they want to rush to assist me.

I'm revising my review as I've had a positive response from DennisDeal. They have refunded the money and have also said I can keep the item if it arrives.
That wasn't the intention and if it does arrive, the money will go to charity. I can't give it a 5* but feel a 4* is reflective of their response.

Due to the fact that the goods are coming from China, dennisdeals.com provide you with information regarding the shipment state. Also the communication is verry good. They mailed and phoned me regarding the sitiation.

It is worth waiting for when you order something at Dennisdeal. They have a great variety of goods that one can order at the store. They deliver fast and the quantity is according to the quality.

I am really happy how things went on for my order and how Noel handle it with great respect of the client.
I really appreciated the quickness of the procedure.

No delivery:
2-4 days preparing time and paid for fast delivery into 8-14 days on 14 January. My ordernummer will be: 300641. But no track and trace no response so hopefully will this work!
Emailed with the support desk but never get a response.

I didn't get any mails about my order. I did get mails from new actions.

Hopefully you can contact me directly by phone or is there a possibility to change my mail address. So I can try to change my outlook address into gmail and hopefully I can receive emails from you.

They have called me today and changed my mailadres. Right now I deliver the mails from dennisdeal. We have mailed about a solution.
The mistake was at my end but they where very kindefull to find a solution.
I will give an updated when I get delivered that will be around the end of February or the beginning of March. For now I will give 5 stars.

After some time I will get a payment request from UPS to pay 27.49 euro's. To pay the taxes. So be careful that you must pay some extra from UPS because it will come directly from China.
