I recently purchased a set of sofas from Denelli Italia, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

First and foremost, the quality is exceptional. The calf leather is absolutely stunning — soft, rich, and clearly premium. You can feel the craftsmanship the moment you sit down. In all honesty, the collection here is on another level compared to places like DFS or Sofology. The designs are far more refined, and the overall finish just feels more luxurious and thoughtfully made.

One thing that really stood out was the service. Vishal was brilliant throughout — once the order was placed, he kept me updated at every stage without me having to chase. That level of communication is rare these days and made the whole process completely stress-free.

Also worth mentioning — the showroom is huge and definitely worth visiting. The photos online simply don’t do the sofas justice. Seeing them in person makes a massive difference. The team were extremely courteous, patient, and happy to walk me through different options without any pressure.

We ordered 3 sofas with Denelli 8 years ago and went back today to replace one of them. Steve was really helpful in helping us decide the configuration and style. Would recommend for any looking for a modern, comfortable sofa which is custom made.

Ordered bedroom furniture from Denelli.co.uk. Web site was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Order process was very straightforward and payment was simple. The choice of furniture was quite wide in range. The quality of the product was very high. My wife and I spent several months and visited a large number of retailers, both specialist and mainstream before choosing Denelli.

Denelli Italia stock beautiful modern furniture and they are extremely knowledgable and professional in the way they deal with their loyal customers. Whilst they have an impressive showroom they are always happy to help source items that they may not have in stock at that time and it's also always worth checking their amazing clearance bargains too. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

We ordered a large quantity of furniture for our new home. Vish was superb from start to finish, giving us great advice while choosing, ordering at the right time, warehousing and delivering a couple of days before we moved in. The delivery went smoothly and with great care.

We bought a beautiful, velvet sofa, in 2021, during covid. We ordered it online and were a bit worried that we hadn't trawled round loads of shops and sat on loads of sofas before choosing. It has been the best sofa we have ever bought! Still looks new and so very comfortable. Would definitely order again :)

I ordered my sofa today and Steve was my sales rep. He was attentive, patient and polite. He ensured that:

1. Firstly we were aligned on the sofa by sharing the image
2. Ensured i had the right configuration (which was key) by me sharing the location where the sofa would be placed and Steve sharing the layout before confirming the booking.

Overall I had a great experience with Steve and I can't wait for my sofa 😀

Steve and Ash were both really helpful in sending sample fabric, answering queries etc. the good customer service resulted in me placing the order with Dantelli Italia for our sofa, as opposed to a more local company.

Sales assistance from Steve was very helpful and allowed us to customize a standard sofa and squeeze the order into the last delivery before Christmas. We are very pleased with the sofa on delivery which looks great and is very comfortable with a good quality fabric. On the strength of this we have ordered another identical sofa!
