DEMECO Mauritius refund not done

DEMECO Mauritius, Ms Khemlata promised to refund the money, 350 OMR, because we got charged twice although we paid for door to door services . She only refunded 177 OMR, I need you to refund me what you promised. And It’s not ok to stop answering calls and messages.
It’s unprofessional. Do the right thing.

Unsatisfactory and unproffesional

I contacted Demeco Challenge for the house move that I intended to do, The move was supposed to be done on 7 & 8 October but they were not able to do it, because the first day they had one worker less and when we arrived to the destination, their furniture crane was not able to enter because of its size (Although the Demeco person that came to my house to price the move was asked to by myself to visit the destination to check if there are any obstacles), the second day they were supposed to arrive at 8 or 8.30 AM but they arrived at 10 AM. Although there were 5 but were not able to finish the house moving, then they passed on the 9th where also they were not able to finish the moving. They were supposed to pass on the 10th at 8.30 to install the cupboard, but I received a call at 10.30 AM to inform me that they are very busy and that they shall pass on the 15th which I disagreed upon and after give and takes they promised to do it on the 11th of October, and they did.
This is not the whole story, some of my furniture were supposed to be wrapped in Bulle Kraft to prepare them for an eventual sea freight, the director called me on the 7th to inform me that they never used Bulle Kraft and that they wanted to use only bubble wraps which I disagreed to, after which I received from him a call to inform me that they found Bulle Kraft and that the wrapping shall be done as I want. After the move, I noticed that there are three accidental damages to my furniture that I signaled to them before signing the final documents. Today the manager called me to tell me that yes, I did an insurance for 61000 Euros total cost of the furniture, but since they did not receive the list of all the insured furniture and the price of each, the insurance cannot accept the claims and that they are ready to pay only 45 Euros per claim.
How should I proceed in such a situation, do they have the right to do so, is there any legal way to have them repair the damages?

Nous comprenons votre frustration concernant les divers incidents survenus lors de votre déménagement, et souhaitons vous apporter quelques clarifications sur les points soulevés. Concernant le monte-meuble, il incombe aux clients de nous fournir toutes les informations relatives aux difficultés d’accès. Cependant, nous avons compensé l’impossibilité d’utiliser le monte-meuble en renforçant l’équipe dès le lendemain.
En ce qui concerne la garantie, il est effectivement indispensable de remplir la déclaration de valeur de vos biens avant le déménagement. Celle-ci permet de garantir chaque objet à sa juste valeur et facilite le traitement des éventuelles réclamations. Sans ce document, l'indemnisation se base sur un forfait standard de 45€ par objet, conformément au devis contrat que vous avez signé.
Si vous souhaitez discuter de la situation et trouver une solution plus satisfaisante, nous restons à votre disposition.
